Cultural Events – Rules & Regulations
Note: Conference registration is mandatory to participate in cultural events.

Stand-Up Comedy
- Open to individual performers only.
- One participant per college is allowed. If multiple students register, an audition will be conducted at the college level.
- Time Limit: 3–4 minutes.
- Use of offensive language, hate speech, or communal/political satire is strictly prohibited.
- A mic and stage will be provided.
- A video of the comedy must be shared with the organizing committee of the conference for screening and approval latest by 15 November 2025.
- Any act violating the rules will be immediately stopped.

Essay Writing
- Topic and paper sheet will be given on the spot.
- Time Limit: 30 minutes.
- Word Limit: 400–500 words.

Drawing Competition
- Theme and sheet will be given on the spot.
- Time Limit: 45 minutes.
- Sheet Size: A3.
- Participants must bring their own drawing and coloring materials.

Rangoli Competition
- Team of 4 students (minimum 3).
- One team per college is allowed.
- Theme will be given on the spot.
- Time Limit: 1 hour.
- Teams must bring their own rangoli colors.

Quiz
- Only BPT students are eligible.
- Team of 3 students.
- Maximum 2 teams per college.
- Questions will cover the entire BPT syllabus and conference theme.

The competition includes two rounds:
- Preliminary Round – Written objective-type exam.
- Final Round – Top 5 teams from prelims will qualify.

Group Dance
- One team per college.
- Minimum: 6 participants, Maximum: 15 participants.
- Time Limit: 4 minutes.
- Solo dance entries are not allowed.

Mr. / Miss Physio Icon
- Objective: To encourage students to embrace both physical and mental fitness, highlighting the essence of physiotherapy in everyday life while blending it with culture and enjoyment.

Physical Fitness Segment
- Stretching Session – Flexibility & posture warm-up.
- Push-up Contest – Test of strength and endurance.
- Plank Hold Challenge – Core stability and control.
- Skipping Challenge – Coordination, stamina, and rhythm.

Mental Fitness Segment
- Memory & Focus Games – Puzzles, quizzes, and concentration activities.
- General Knowledge Round – Quick-fire cultural and academic questions.
- Basic Physiotherapy Questionnaire – Test of awareness in health and physiotherapy.

Guidelines
- Participation is open to all students (no special dress code required).
- Students must maintain silence and respect during sessions.
- Certificates of participation will be given.
- Sessions will be guided by facilitators (teachers, physiotherapists, or psychologists).
- Title of 'Mr. / Miss Physio Icon 2025' will be awarded based on overall performance.

Fashion Show – Terms & Conditions

Team Eligibility
- Only one team per college is allowed.
- Each team must have 8–10 participants.
- Time Duration: Maximum 3 minutes.

Costumes & Presentation
- Costumes must be decent, respectful, and culturally appropriate.
- Vulgar, offensive, or disrespectful attire will lead to immediate disqualification.

Registration & Music
- No on-spot registrations will be entertained unless specifically permitted.
- Music tracks must be submitted in advance.
- Props are allowed but must be safe and manageable.
- No use of fire, liquids, or hazardous materials is permitted.

Code of Conduct
- Participants must maintain discipline backstage and on stage.
- Misconduct, inappropriate behavior, or disrespect towards judges/organizers will result in disqualification.
- Alcohol or substance use is strictly prohibited.

Judging Criteria
- Creativity & originality.
- Costume & theme relevance.
- Stage presence, confidence & expression.
- Team coordination.
- Overall impact.

Decision of Judges
- Judges’ decision will be final and binding.
- No disputes will be entertained after results.

Team Eligibility
SLOTS ARE LIMITED. Entries will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis.
